TGG Cares Donates to The Open Pantry of Greater Lowell

The Open Pantry of Greater Lowell, MA provides short-term food assistance to those who reside in the Greater Lowell area. Their primary mission of this wonderful organization is to relieve hunger in the community and they proudly serve individuals and families without regard for race, creed, or country of origin.

Recently, the Open Pantry had a food truck catch fire and the community responded with a drive to help replenish the food that was lost. Led by our TGG Cares Committee member Harmony Bourassa, The Granite Group was able to donate 24 bags of groceries for families in need.

Harmony received help in collecting donations from the following Granite Group team members: Melissa Welch (Lowell, MA), Keith Ackerman (Hooksett, NH) and Monica Apgar (Central Services - TGG Cares Chair).

The TGG Cares committee would like to thank everyone who helped spread the word or donated to this Food Drive!
