We're Ready to Bring the Allied Air Advantage to You!

Commitment to Training

Allied Air, parent company of Ducane, has jumped in and helped to facilitate training for both our employees and our customers. In early April, 25 Granite Group team members were at Allied’s headquarters in South Carolina for in-depth Ducane product training (see accompanying pictures). Additionally, with their help over the last two months, we have already conducted 35 in-person training meetings at branches around New England; and even more trainings, including inverter heat pump classes, have been planned for May and throughout the Summer.

Their willingness to train and support our mission to better serve our customers, is just one of the many reasons that The Granite Group decided to partner with Allied Air Enterprises. They also have a strong commitment to continued service. It is not a scenario where they train and then you’re on your own, they are available throughout the process. Whether it be continued training or troubleshooting when you’re in a jam, they have our back and yours.

Lastly, in a day and age where product levels aren’t always reliable and available, they have an impressive operation that will help us maintain the inventory so that we have what you need, when you need it.
