2023 Gift Card Rebate Program

Program Dates:

To be eligible, homeowner must sign an install contract with an approved Ducane Installer between May 22 and July 31, 2023. The contracted install must be completed by August 15, 2023.
Rebate Submission Deadline: August 31, 2023

Rebates will be offered in the form of a Gift Card with the following criteria:

$350 for each Lynx 18 SEER 3 Ton Heat Pump (Model# 4PH18V36P)

Additional Details

Homeowner or Dealer is responsible for claiming their rebate by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
Equipment must be purchased through The Granite Group.
Gift Card will be sent directly to the Homeowner by October 15, 2023.
