Announcing the TGG Cares Committee

TGG Cares is Dedicated to Giving Back to the Communities We Serve

We are so proud to announce the launch of our newly created "TGG Cares" committee! Chaired by Monica Apgar and featuring TGG team members from all over New England, this committee is dedicated to giving back and helping our Branches support the communities they serve.

As one of their first projects, the TGG Cares committee partnered with Together We Rise to build and decorate "Sweet Cases" for children in foster care. Often when foster children move they’re given two trash bags to transport their belonging in, and Together We Rise aims at replacing those trash bags with these Sweet Cases. Sweet Cases are blue duffel bags filled with items like a teddy bear, blanket and a  hygiene kit and are given to local children in foster care.

This is the first of what we know will be many fantastic initiatives this Committee will take part in. Giving back is an integral part of The Granite Group's DNA and we hope it’s part of your company's too.
