Salem Plumbing Supply is now The Granite Group

Since announcing the acquisition of Salem Plumbing Supply, our teams have been working hard to ensure a smooth transition for you. 

Effective Monday, May 4, all Salem Plumbing Supply branches and the Designer Bath showroom in Watertown will officially operate as The Granite Group. 

Here are a few important things for you to know:

1. No disruption to your business - All open orders will transfer seamlessly; nothing will be lost.
2. Credit accounts - If you’d like to purchase on credit and don’t yet have an account with The Granite Group, please complete an application. You can find a link HERE. Salem Plumbing Supply accounts will no longer be active after Friday, May 1. Cash, check, and credit cards are always accepted.  
3. Outstanding balances - Please remit any Salem Plumbing Supply balances by June 30,2026. You can mail payments to: The Granite Group Wholesalers, PO Box 410076, Boston, MA 02241-0076. If you currently have accounts with both Salem Plumbing Supply and The Granite Group, please do not combine payments into one check. 
4. More products, more access - You’ll now have access to The Granite Group’s full line card, including Kohler, Mitsubishi, Rinnai, State Water Heaters, and more. You can find the full line card HERE. 
5. Reliable supply - All branches will receive daily deliveries from our central distribution center, helping ensure the inventory you need is always available. 
6. Hours - Branch hours at all locations will be Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm.  

Please also note:

• The Granite Group branch in Peabody will permanently close on Friday, May 1st, as we consolidate our teams and operations into one, newly remodeled branch just one mile down the road at the former Salem Plumbing Supply in Danvers. 
• The Designer Bath showroom in Beverly will become a Sink & Spout showroom effective May 4th. A full renovation at this location is underway, but it will remain open during construction. For any questions regarding the new Sink & Spout in Beverly, please email [email protected].
• The Watertown showroom will remain Designer Bath.
