The Granite Group's new Springfield branch will be run by Steve Durej, a talented Granite Group veteran with ties to the Springfield market. Steve comes to Springfield after a very successful 6-year stint running our branch in West Hartford, CT. We are very excited about the new team (filled with faces familiar to both UPS and Granite Group customers) that Steve is building and the exceptional service he will be delivering!

Through the acquisition of UPS, we also now operate 16 retail showrooms under The Ultimate Bath Store name, offering an expertly-trained staff and an extensive array of decorative plumbing fixtures and accessories. Founded in 1971 in Worcester, MA, we celebrated our 50-year anniversary in 2021 alongside our exceptional people - who have undoubtedly driven our success. Please note: We will be temporarily closing the UPS wholesale branch on Cottage Street for the month of April so that we can reset the warehouse, ramp up inventory and convert systems to those used here at The Granite Group. We plan to reopen the first week in May. UPS customers looking for supplies while the Springfield branch is closed, will be able to use their current accounts to make purchases and arrange delivery through our West Hartford, CT branch.
