TRAVEL TIP #12: Planning Your Trip Budget
We include a lot of great perks in our Destinations vacation package. However, neither our Universal-Orlando or St Kitts trips are all-inclusive so you will need to plan a family budget. Here is a review of what is included in both programs.
May 1 – 6, 2022 –St. Kitts Marriott Resort & Royal Beach Casino
This vacation package includes breakfast each morning, all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on the resort property, a Happy Hour, Welcome Dinner and Farewell Dinner. Our package does not include (3) Dinners or any lunches, so please plan your budget accordingly. Our Rooms will be assigned “Run of House,” which means the hotel computer randomly assigns the rooms to each guest. Inside this envelop is our Room Upgrade Menu. If a specific room type is important to you, please plan on requesting it when you receive your Final Statement right after January 1st
Important St. Kitts Travel Reminders:
- Passports are required: Double-check your expiration dates. The US Passport office is affirming an 18-week lead time for new passports with renewals being just a few weeks faster. And, in order to travel to St. Kitts, your passport must be valid for six months beyond our May 1, 2022 departure date. - St Kitts COVID-related requirements: Currently, only fully vaccinated adults will be allowed entry into St. Kitts & Nevis along with non-vaccinated children under 18 traveling with vaccinated parents or guardians. Based on the recent surge, our travel experts in St. Kitts expect that this requirement will still be in place in May 2022. Learn more here.
April 22-26, 2022 - Loews Portofino Resort at Universal-Orlando
This vacation package includes A (4-day) Universal Express park pass with early park entry, a Welcome Dinner on the piazza of Portofino, a private group breakfast, a private Farwell Dinner and Show experience inside Universal Studios during park hours and a $125 Universal Gift Card per traveler good for food, beverage or souvenirs. Please plan your family budget to supply (3) breakfasts, lunches and (2) dinners.
FINAL MONTH - EARNINGS PERIOD ENDS DECEMBER 31, 2021
On December 31, 2021 the Destinations point earnings period will end. All orders MUST have an invoice date of December 31, 2019 or earlier to qualify towards your Destinations goal.
On January 3, 2021 we will mail you your Final Statement and Traveler Confirmation Form. This Form will request: Decision to travel or not and Buy-in amount if due.
