This recessed outlet box is designed to be installed in the stud bay, increasing living space and allowing for any hose leaks to be captured in the box. It features a center-positioned drain opening and a sloped bottom that directs water towards the drain. Made of 20-gauge cold-rolled steel, this outlet box (with faceplate) measures 14 inches wide by 9-1/4 inches high and is available in a variety of different configurations of valves (or no valves) and drain fittings (ABS, PVC, threaded, or slipnut).
