Designed for two or more pipe sizes, this test plug is suitable for use with many different piping materials and offers contractors a dependable option for testing and temporarily stopping the flow of pipelines. Plug models for 4- to 8-inch NPS through 12- to 24-inch NPS include a pressure-relief valve that reduces the risk associated with overinflation by releasing excess pressure into the atmosphere, so the plug doesn’t rupture in the pipe. Flexible yet rugged, the Test-Tite Multi-Size Pneumatic Test Plug is constructed from a durable natural rubber compound and can be reused for multiple jobs. Plug models for 1-1/4- to 2-inch NPS through 3- to 4-inch NPS come with a 1/4-inch NPT replaceable inflation valve.
