This recessed outlet box is designed to be installed in the stud bay, increasing living space and allowing for any hose leaks to be captured in the box. It features a snap-on frame and an intumescent pad that is attached to the back of the box. Made of high-temperature PVC resin, this fire-rated outlet box (with faceplate) measures 8-5/16 inches wide by 7-7/8 inches high and is available with a variety of different valve types.
